We constructed our Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Light Grinding and Blending Discs with a ceramic abrasive grain blend to achieve a high cut-rate for optimal weld grinding and blending in mild-steel applications. In these instances, Light Grinding and Blending discs are designed to effectively blend and refine a grade 36 scratch or finer. Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Light Grinding and Blending Discs blend and prep for paint in one step, achieving a high cut rate in mild steel applications. These discs provide excellent weld grinding, blending and deburring for grade 36 scratches or finer, and help remove moderate to heavy stock and achieve a smooth finish. The durable ceramic abrasive grain outperforms other abrasives and the strong disc backing provides high edge durability for an extended disc life. These discs are small, color coded and easy to change out for jobs that require multiple steps, especially with a Roloc™ disc pad (sold separately). Quickly move from one application to the next.
