Q: What browser should I be using?
A: You need a current version of Microsoft Internet Explorer (v8.0 or above), Mozilla Firefox (v19.0 or above) or Google Chrome (latest version). To check your version, open your browser and then click on 'Help,' then select 'About' and the version number will be displayed. If your version number is lower than these version numbers, visit the appropriate website below to obtain a free, updated version.

Q: I already have an account. Do I need to register?
A: Yes. Registering gives you your customized account information and allows us to verify and update information related to your individual online account.

Q: How do I get my user ID and password?
A: Companies wishing to request a quote online must register for access by completing the online registration form. Once the registration is processed, we will notify you via e-mail of your confidential user ID.

Q: How long before I can start shopping after completing a new registration?
A: Most registrations are completed and sent back via e-mail within 24 hrs.

Q: What payment options are available for placing an order after a request for quote has been completed?
A: Customers may choose to open a terms account or order using a credit card. 

Q: What are my delivery options for any product orders I place?
A: A list of delivery options including standard UPS services and a Freight carrier option are available for all orders. When placing an order you will have the option of discussing additional shipping options with your sales representative. Please call us at 855-610-1001 or you can send an email to [email protected] with your order and any special shipping and we will make sure your order ships via the most economical means per your requirements.

Q: How do hazardous items affect my order?
A: Additional charges may be incurred from UPS for HAZ (hazardous) coded items. The HAZ code will appear in the product description while viewing on the Online BlackHawk Catalog. An order with a hazardous item on it will make that order exempt from any special freight program and could incur additional freight charges.

Q: What do I do if I lose my ID (Username) and/or Password?
A: If you have lost your Username or Password you can return to the user Login/Registration page

Q: What do I do if I can’t find the item I’m looking for?
A: No matter what you need, BlackHawk can get you the product you are looking for!
