• Eyebolts should never be ground, machined, metal stamped, welded or altered in any way
• Eyebolt capabilities can be affected by temperature, Do not use carbon steel eyebolts at temperatures below 32 deg F (0 deg C)
• Eyebolts should be routinely inspected
