Broken Arrow, Oklahoma — BlackHawk Industrial, a market-leading distributor of metalworking and industrial supplies, today announced the acquisition of Jarvis Supply located in Denver, CO.

With the strategic acquisition of Jarvis Supply based in Denver, BlackHawk will strengthen its footprint and sales penetration in the Colorado marketplace. The addition of sales and customer service talent in this area will broaden BlackHawks presence, helping expand into more of the Mountain Region. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
